Je parle francais... mais tres mal. J'ai habite à geneve pour une année, mais parler anglais tous les time... :P Sorry for horrible french. :P

And I'm not english, I'm Russian. Moscow! :P

Maybe Tzargrad could be like the enclave of capitalism and in future if anybody will be interested there could be a communist revolt or invasion, or something like a war. And Tzargrad would become Trotsk :P read trough your wiki, is it possible to that the city - Didn't join the revolution and stayed neutral and a safe heaven for liberals who didn't choise to join in the revolution?

So now i just need to choise the location or i need to contact someone where exactly the city will be?

Спасибо большое ))) Старался ))) Вы как понимаю... тоже русский? )))

That seems cool place. As i understand its the capital of that oblast?

And will it be fine that the city is capitalist and didn't join in with the other cities? Maybe something like government, liberals in exile here? And well being a problem for communist that wish to take the city under its control.

You could even take Tanaziof's emplacement because its mayor aked for the removal of this city about two months ago. :ok:

Concerning the history of your city, it would be fine fine if it never became communist. It could have ben a stronghold of the White movement during the russian civil war. Around 1918, the japanese and the americans would have sent troops to Ruscovitie, preventing the Red Army from retaking Tzargrad and forcing them to abandon their operations in this region. However, even after the americans retreated, the japenes would have stayed in Ruscovitie, having the intention to annex it. But a few years later, a popular uprising, combined with the high cost of maintaining troops in this area, would have forced the japanese to retreat, making the Ruscovitie an independant country. What do you think about it?

Thoulak is the only Communist State in Simland.

But in Meridionie, Ruscovitie was only one. I'm the last mayor of Tanaziof and the last general of the Red Army :o)
