Welcome overseas gentlemen - I am the famous former not-really-but-kinda-President who saved the world against the Evil and saved Law and Order during my long and prosperous unofficial months of power. 
I have already heard of your confederation some time ago. Your organization, I remember, sounded very interesting to me yet a bit to loose to be practised in Simland. I however like it a lot, being far more simpler than our old federal but present-day system.
I just seen that you were making a Wiki for the AIN. As a one of the friendship projects, our both communities could merge our Wikies into one, eventually giving a sole bilingual one and also a great database! 
Just a quick question, do you allow CitiesXL-based nations to join your alliance ? _________________

We have never been asked that, i will ask some members in the government. But i don't think anyone will be against a nation from XL

Je pense que les nations Cities XL sont permises, mais vu que SC4 est meilleur (sans vouloir t'offenser) et que la majorité des BATs sont à propos de SC4... Et bien, il y a plus de demandes SC4. Et en plus, c'est addictif :P

Yes we do allow CitiesXL nations - you are welcome to join our union. 
With regards to the Wiki, I think we need to continue expanding and building our wiki before we consider merging them. Although I'm sure that we could come to some kind of agreement about the wikis.

Risno, a town with mostly Hiigaran Born citizens, followers of Pagan religion of Kran'et. The prayer tower and the Temple of Sajuuk is the symbols of the town. What do you think?

If it's a beach, the Grand Sud will be probably good or if it's a lake Snowy Mountains ^^
